Bricklane is a design + build studio specializing in bespoke homes — the practice of Chaun Sweet. We work end to end — selecting the site, drawing the architectural specifications, and building — so that every decision, from the footprint to the finishes, answers to a single coherent vision.
We approach each home as a tailored architectural work, shaped by its setting and by the way the people who live there actually live. We are centered on people, life, and use before form. We put the practicality of design first and move comfortably across scales and typologies — from a ground-up new development down to the wallpaper and the reupholstered furniture. Our interest is in spaces that feel layered, timeless, and quietly refined rather than trend-driven.
